Graves flew with the VFA-11 squadron off the US East Coast, where crews began tracking unknown objects on radar, infrared and by eye in 2014. He later founded Americans for Safe Aerospace to help pilots report what they see.
He testified to the US Congress in 2023 and also spoke at the Mexican Congress hearing that September.
