A former Air Force officer and intelligence civilian who served on the Pentagon's UAP Task Force. He filed a whistleblower complaint in 2022 and in 2023 told Congress under oath that the US runs a hidden crash retrieval programme. He said he was told of it, not that he saw it.
The Pentagon denies the programme exists, and AARO's historical review found no evidence for it.
