Black triangle

Huge, silent, dark triangles with lights at each corner.

Black triangles are large, dark, triangular craft with a light at each corner and often a red light in the centre. They are typically described as silent and slow, sometimes hovering at low altitude.

The Belgian UFO wave of 1989 to 1990 involved thousands of witnesses and F-16 scrambles. On March 13, 1997, thousands of people in Arizona saw the Phoenix Lights, which some described as a vast V or triangle.
