Congress asked AARO to review the government's entire UFO history. Volume 1 walks through Blue Book, the Robertson Panel, the Condon study, AAWSAP and AATIP, and claims of crashed craft and reverse engineering, and finds no evidence that any government programme recovered alien technology.
