James E. McDonald

Atmospheric physicist, University of Arizona · 1920 to 1971

A respected cloud physicist who became the most outspoken scientist calling for serious UFO study in the late 1960s. He interviewed hundreds of witnesses himself and criticised both Blue Book and the Condon study.
