PRELIM INFO FROM FAA OPS: DOWAGIAC, MI/UFO-UAP ACTIVITY/1953E/C-ROC ADVISED CASS COUNTY SHERIFF DEPARTMENT REPORTED A STRAIGHT LINE OF 10-15 FLASHING LIGHTS PASSING NORTHBOUND OVER CASS COUNTY NEAR US 12 AND US 60 IN DOWAGIAC. NO ACFT REPORTED INCIDENT. SOUTH BEND TRACON NOTIFIED.

Aircraft reported an unidentified aerial phenomenon what appeared to be 10 feet off the nose while E bound at FL330, 10 NM WNW of LFD. The unknown phenomenon was a small circular object with flashing white lights, proceeded to depart the field of view below and to the right. No evasive maneuvers were made. No LEO notification provided.

ZOB reported multiple reports of UFO activity in and around the Toledo and Detroit areas at varying altitudes of 29,000 feet, 60,000 feet and 100,000 feet maneuvering aggressively in multiple directions. ATSC initiated inquiry with ZAU/ZOB to identify more details. JSEN provided attached replays.
